TiE Nordic: Your entrepreneurial partner

TiE is a global entrepreneurial network with 13,000 members with 61 offices across 17 countries. Our mission to foster entrepreneurship globally through networking events and mentoring started 20 years ago in Silicon Valley.

TiE Nordic is an expanding chapter with a focus on developing business contacts in the Nordic countries. We develop the TiE Network through regular events, seminars and workshops. TiE Nordic is also initiating a mentoring program where our experienced members share their knowledge and contacts with members in earlier stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

TiE GLOBAL is the World's largest Network of Entrepreneurs, over 13.000 members in 55 Locations across 13 Countries. Started in 1992 by successful entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. The mission of TiE is to promote entrepreneurship through mentoring, networking & education.

TiE International Business Plan Competition

TiE International Business Plan Competition provides Graduate-level University students and their teams a chance to compete in World's largest and most successful Business Plan Competition at Rice University in Houston, Texas. Eligible TiE Chapters from outside the US will sign up to host a level 1 competition after scouting local universities for perspective participants. TiE Delhi and TiE Brussels will host the regional Finals (level 2) and the winner of each Final competition will go on to compete in the finals at the Rice University Business Plan Competition on April 11-13th, 2013 (level 3).

TiE was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley by a group of successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals with roots in the Indus region. There are currently more than 13,000 members and over 2,500 charter members in 61 chapters across 17 countries.
